What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, a rental analysis request, a contact message, or a resident support request, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, property address, property details, and your message. Our web host also processes routine technical data (such as IP addresses) needed to serve the site securely and prevent abuse.
How we use it
To respond to you and to provide the service you asked about. A rental analysis request is used to prepare and deliver your analysis. A contact message is routed to the right person and answered. A resident support request is recorded as a ticket, assigned to whoever handles that work, and tracked until it is closed. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted about a request, we may text you about that request: confirming we received it, asking a question we need answered to handle it, and letting you know when it is resolved. These are service messages about work you asked us to do. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Consent is given by ticking the box on the form where you provide your number, and it is not a condition of renting from us or of getting help. You can always call the office instead: 919-789-0522.
Message frequency depends on the request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, and HELP for help. Stopping texts does not close your request or stop us contacting you by phone or email.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that deliver our operations, such as web hosting and email delivery, bound to use it only on our behalf. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
To review, correct, or ask us to delete information you’ve submitted, contact us at info@ivyandoakpm.com or 919-789-0522, and we’ll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
