Our story
Two decades of Triangle rentals, one way of working
The firm was incorporated in North Carolina in 2002, and its principal broker has held a North Carolina real estate license since 2000, through the markets that rewarded patience and the ones that punished shortcuts. The ivy and the oak in our name are the point: growth that lasts comes from roots, not from reaching.
We manage single-family homes and small residential rentals, not apartment towers, across the Triangle. It’s deliberately focused work: houses owned by people, lived in by people, looked after by people who can drive to them.
The sales side of the firm, Pace Realty Group, handles buying and selling. Ivy & Oak is the management practice, same licenses, same accountability, full attention on rentals.

The people
Small enough to know your property
The management division is led by a Broker-Associate who has held a North Carolina license since 2000 and a South Carolina license alongside it. When you call, you aren’t routed through a call tree to someone reading your file for the first time. The person answering knows the property.
We’d rather be this size and know every roof than be four times bigger and know none of them.
